Q: How do I order?
A: You can check out our Online Catalog. If you'd prefer you can Fax us your order anytime, or call us toll free.

Q: My shopping cart stays empty no matter how I try to add items to it, what's going on?
A: You probably don't have cookies enabled, or your web browser is set not to accept the cookie from our site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user, such as which items are in your shopping cart. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of our site. For example, the user will not be able to make purchases from our online catalog.

Q: How long are the Silver Strands?
A: The short strands average 5 inches long, the long strands are 25 to 30 inches long.

Q: Where is the island of Martha's Vineyard?

Q: How much is shipping and handling?
A: We figure your S&H depending on the weight and destination of your package. We ship UPS Ground, Fedex, or USPS. We are not responsible for uninsured orders.

Q: What is a Resale Tax ID#?
A: If you re-sell your merchandise, you will need a Resale License issued by your state agency. Please consult your tax agency for more information.

Shipping

We ship most orders USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. FedEx is available upon request. We require money order or cashier's check for new customers when shipping COD. Note: UPS charges an additional $7.00 fee for all packages shipped COD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please include the expiration date. We process most orders within 2-3 business days from the day of the receipt of your order. We are located on Martha's Vineyard Island, Massachusetts. Ferries and weather often affect our shipping schedules. Please allow sufficient time when ordering as we treat every order with the loving care that it deserves. Order processing and shipping may delayed it is during peak season, or if it is placed during one of our show dates. Minimum order requirements do not apply to catalog-only orders. There is a $25.00 minimum for Retail orders. We require a $200.00 minimum for Wholesale orders. (Please include your Resale Tax ID#)

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please call immediately for Return Authorization. Please include your packing slip. All returns / exchanges recieved after 10 days from the date that you recieve them are charged a 10% restocking fee. Strand items must be uncut. Credits are applied to your account for use towards future purchases. No credit card refunds. No returns accepted after 30 days from the date of the invoice. Thank you!
